2. Services Provided

We offer:

Online live tuition classes via Zoom
In-person/offline classes at selected locations
Educational content and materials through our LMS
Homework submission and performance tracking features

3. Eligibility

To enroll in a course:

Students must be between 5–16 years old
Parent/guardian consent is required for students under 18
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollar)
Payments are processed via Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer
Course access begins after successful payment
Refunds are available only if a cancellation request is made within 48 hours of payment, and the class has not yet started
No refunds are given after a class is conducted

5. Class Attendance and Conduct

Students are expected to attend classes on time
Disruptive behavior during Zoom or in-person sessions is not tolerated
EDU HUB reserves the right to suspend access for repeated misconduct

6. Homework and Submissions

Homework should be submitted via our official platform
Instructors will provide feedback within a reasonable time frame
Plagiarism or copied work may lead to reduced marks or disqualification

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, videos, and designs are the intellectual property of EDU HUB TUTORING
You may not reproduce, share, or distribute our content without written permission

8. Privacy

Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from technical issues, missed classes, or unauthorized use of your account
We do not guarantee results or specific grades, but we aim to provide high-quality tutoring services

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved through local jurisdiction.
